What the Site Is

Monmouth County Inmate Population is a private reference website. It does not store official jail rosters, booking photos, court records, OPRA files, NJDOC records, federal inmate records, or ICE detention records.

The site points visitors to public resources for Monmouth County jail and inmate records, including MCCI, the Sheriff's inmate search, NJDOC, New Jersey VINE, BOP, ICE, NJ Courts, OPRA materials under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., and third-party research tools. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file a request, or act for a government office.

Rules for Use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
